Solar Lighting

Solar lighting in the home provides free, renewable energy every time light switch or lamp is flicked on. Solar light is not only renewable and free, but is also inexhaustible. So it will not only improve the environment, but will also save money in the long run.

More and more households and buildings are using solar lighting for several different reasons. It may be to make a statement about responsible energy use, to actual practice responsible energy use, to save money or to add a unique lighting design to the architecture. Different kinds of solar lights include: solar spotlights, flag lights, post lights, landscape lights, fountain lights and shed lights.

When installing a solar lighting system keep in mind that the solar panels are the most expensive part of the system, but also the most important part in ensuring the effectiveness of your system. Also make sure that the circuitry is done properly. Even if light is being produced, if the wiring is not done properly, the light produced will not reach near the amount that it could.
